We focus on the best outcomes for our clients whether the matter is large or small. Often the best result is a settlement or other outcome short of court resolution. However, not all cases can be summarily resolved. While approximately 95% of cases do resolve short of adjudication, our attorneys have enjoyed a particularly impressive record in court, arbitration and transactional results.
